What is the Military Honey phone number?

The Military Honey phone number is +1 (302) 200-3480. It reaches the order desk, which looks after every order placed through the buttons on this site. Call it to track a parcel, change or cancel an order, or start a refund.

People often search for a “Military Honey contact” or “support” email and find addresses that are not linked to their order. Use only the details printed on this site, in the footer of every page and on the contact page. They are the ones that connect to your order.

Which Military Honey contact should you use?

The split is simple. Anything about an order goes to the phone line. Anything about the website goes to the email. The website inbox has no view of orders, so it cannot track or refund one.

What to have ready before you call

• Your order ID from the confirmation email.
• The email address you ordered with.
• Your purchase date.
• The lot code on the bottle's base, if your question is about a bottle.

With these in hand, most calls are short. If your question is about a bottle, compare its lot code with MIL-26/TH-5422, the code on the pictured bottle, and check the expiry date, which is 07-2028 on that bottle. Newer stock may carry a newer code. The bottle check page shows where to look.

How to ask for a refund by phone

The money-back guarantee follows the terms printed on your listing, so check the number of days there first. Then:

1. Call +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID and ask the order desk to confirm your window.
2. Post the gummies back, tracked and at your cost, to 280 Park Avenue, Floor 19, New York, NY 10017. Put your full name, email and order ID inside.
3. Watch for the refund. It follows 3 to 5 business days after the return is credited, then takes 5 to 10 days to reach your card.

Mail returns only to the returns address, not to the office. The guarantee covers your purchase, not a health outcome. More on the guarantee page and in our 6-step refund guide.

Common reasons to contact Military Honey

• Tracking a delivery: call the order desk with your order ID.
• A broken seal: leave the bottle unused and phone the order desk. The label says not to use a bottle if the safety seal is damaged or missing.
• A change of mind or a wrong charge: call the order desk as soon as you can.
• A fact on this site looks wrong: email [email protected].
• A health question: ask your own doctor. The order desk handles orders, not medical advice.

For questions about the product itself, the Military Honey FAQ has 35 answers on dose, safety and orders.

How to spot a fake Military Honey contact

Copies of popular products sometimes come with their own phone numbers and support emails. A few simple habits keep you safe:

• Use only the phone number and email printed in the footer of this site.
• Never send card details by email. The order desk works from your order ID.
• Check that any return address matches 280 Park Avenue, Floor 19, New York, NY 10017.
• Be careful with numbers found in search ads, forums or comments. They may not reach the real order desk.

If in doubt, open the contact page on this site and dial from there. Our post on whether Military Honey is legit covers more warning signs.

Where is Military Honey based?

The site lists a New York office at 4 Times Square, Floor 22, New York, NY 10036, and a separate returns address at 280 Park Avenue, Floor 19, New York, NY 10017. Themilitaryhoney is a USA authorized Military Honey retailer. It does not make the product, and orders ship from the US by default.

If you come across another address, or an email that is not listed here, do not send money or bottles there. Call the number on this site instead, and keep your order email close.

Frequently asked questions

Our view

Keep it simple: the phone line for orders, the email for the website, and the returns address only for parcels. Save your order email the day you buy, and you will have everything the order desk needs.

Questions about your health belong with your own doctor. This page is general information and not medical advice.
